Or a least seek their advice. If you think this is a bit too much overkill, you can always look at other users pages to get an idea. Just don’t copy. This not only makes you look lazy. It increases the chances of that profile getting lost in the sea of other profiles. Take the time to design your profile in a way that represents you as a person. If you are a simple person who loves simple pleasures, choose a no-nonsense design. Just choose colours that would compliment the design. And make sure that these will entice your readers to stay on and view you entire profile. As mentioned above, too many “knick-knacks” may cause them to move on.

2.The Content: This is another area that is equally important in making a good first impression. Don’t simply write short sentences that lack substance. Be as descriptive as possible when telling people about yourself. Fill them in on how you engage in your favourite hobby, for instance. This will give the impression that you mean business when it comes to meeting new people. It shows that you took pains to give them as much useful information as possible. To get as “personal” as possible.
