Spice Up Your Life – an expert perspective

When ‘singledom’ drops into our hand of cards, some people treat it as a negative time in their life and become shotgun focused on meeting a partner. When this happens, dating so easily can become a test of nerves and stressful experience.

How much better to celebrate this new found freedom by treating yourself to some ‘me’ time – focus on being a happier person, take some time to enjoy yourself, try new hobbies and activities, meet new people and develop your personality.
